Four things happen. The one that decides the invoice is the loading, and that one is yours.

Book the stream, not just the size
Tell us what is going in it. One material books as that stream and the clean rate holds. If it genuinely is not one material, we book it mixed at £186.00 and nobody is surprised later.

We drop
A hook loader needs the run-off clear behind the standing position; a maxi skip does not. On the public highway we apply for the council permit and you pay the fee at cost.

You load, and this is the part that prices it
The threshold is on the rate card and it is by weight, so one heavy wrong item costs more than a lot of light ones. Do not load above the rave — we cannot legally sheet a proud can.

We swap or collect, and the gate weighs it
Tare in, gross out, difference charged. The ticket is the invoice, and if the load was re-graded it says what did it.
