Privacy and terms

What we hold

A booking gives us your name, telephone number, email and the site address. We keep it for the hire and six years afterwards — the retention period for waste transfer duty-of-care paperwork. We do not sell it and we do not send marketing.

This website

No analytics, no cookies, no third-party requests. The booking form opens your own mail client rather than posting anywhere. If you would rather not use it, ring 0117 496 0318.

The ticket is the invoice

Loads are charged on the weighbridge: tare in, gross out, difference charged at the booked stream's rate. Past the published threshold the whole load is re-graded to the mixed rate and the ticket records what did it. Rates are ex VAT, held 30 days.

Hire

Standing time is included for 14 days. The can stays our property; damage, fire and overloading are the hirer's, and we cannot legally collect a can loaded above the rave. Refrigerant gas, sealed vessels, asbestos, liquids, tyres and batteries are refused at the gate and returned at cost.
